Edward "Ted" Francis Talbot, 85, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away November 22, 2016 at VNA Hospice House.

He was born March 23, 1931 in Queens, NY to the late Edward and Ethel Talbot and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 24 years, relocating from Rockaway Township, NJ.

Mr. Talbot was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during the Korean Conflict. Following his time in the service, he earned his Bachelor's degree from Pace University in NYC.

Mr. Talbot worked as an accountant at Ayerst Laboratories in New Jersey for 30 years and retired in 1987. He was a member and former President of Cape Pond Fishing Club in Ellenville, NY, a member of the Vero Beach Theatre Guild, the American Legion Post 39 and Christ Church, Vero Beach.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Anne M. Talbot; sons, Mark (Christine) Talbot of Hamilton, NJ and Todd (Sherri) Talbot of New Freedom, PA; daughter, Robyn (Monte) Mingle of South Salem, NY; brother, Roy (Elizabeth) H. Talbot of Canton, TX, grandchildren, Douglas Talbot, Ross Talbot, Sydney Mingle, Jackson Mingle, Juliet Mingle, Bryan Wilson, nieces, Sharon Talbot Neill, Lynn Talbot Lowry and nephew, Edward "Ned" Talbot.

A memorial service will be held in Cragsmoor, New York at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ted's name to the Vero Beach Theatre Guild Building Fund, 2020 San Juan Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
