Obituary

Edwin George Auerswald, 90, was born in Philadelphia, PA, and also lived in Ocean City, NJ before moving to Vero Beach, FL.
Before retirement he worked for American Meter Co. as a master tool and dye maker, having his own shop.
He served with the U.S. Army corps of Engineers during World War II.
He was a lifetime member of the Stephen Girard Masonic Lodge No. 450 F&AM of Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Betty Belle; and is survived by his wife of 3 years, Ann; his son Dean, two granddaughters, Dina Stoff, and Christina Mator and four great-grandchildren, also his sister Elizabeth Cloud, and brother Richard.
He was a longtime member of Alpha Baptist Church in Philadelphia and sang in the choir there, and in Hatboro Baptist Church, Ocean City Mens Chorus, and Community Church of Vero Beach, and the Vero Beach Choral Society.
