Anna Edween Morris was born in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida just as the great depression began. Those were hard times for parents Edward and Annie Montgomery, and their three girls - Edwina, Annette, and Mary Jo. Their early years were lived on Florida's southwest gulf islands until moving to Vero Beach in the 1940s. She married AC Morris soon after his return from WWII and enjoyed over 68 years of marriage. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Vero Beach for over 70 years, once serving on the church staff. The majority of her career was spent at Indian Rivers Shores Town Hall.

Edwina was preceded in death by her husband, AC Morris, and is  survived by their four sons, Eddie (Donna), Steve (Kay), John (Linda), and Robert. Others surviving her are seven grandchildren: Jeffrey, Daniel, David, Lauren, Andrew, Megan, and Matthew, and seven great-grandchildren: Emma, Hannah, Caleb, Gracie, Annabelle, Madelyn, and Zack. She is also survived by her sisters Annette and Mary Jo.

A family graveside service will be held at Crestlawn Cemetery on May 4th at 11:00AM.
