Eldon Bruce Sipes Sr. died at Hospice House of Vero Beach.
He was born in Lenoir, NC. He had been a resident of Vero Beach for 43 years coming from Statesville, NC.
Before retirement he was foreman with the T&D Department of the City of Vero Beach.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Sipes. They had a long and happy marriage together.
He is survived by his daughter Linda Sipes. Deborah Tripp of Vero Beach. Katherine Hunt of North Carolina. He also was preceded in death by his son Butch Sipes. He had 5 grand children and 9 great grand children.
He was a devoted Christian.
