Eleanor H. Cheek, 84, of Vero Beach, FL, died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at her home.
Mrs. Cheek was born June 27, 1925 in Staten Island, NY and moved to Vero Beach in 1992 from Homestead, FL.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Cheek was a member of the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include her daughter Linda Clay of Silver Lake, WI; son Richard Cheek of Zion, IL;
brothers Frederick Geddes of Brewerton, NY and Edward Geddes of The Bronx, NY; sister Marjorie Bischoff of Sparta, NJ; and two grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband John Cheek.
Service: No services are planned locally at this time.
