Elizabeth (Betty)was born in Huntington, West Virginia, the daughter of Charles F. Turner and Mary F. McGlinchey Turner, both deceased. She has two older brothers, Charles and wife Dorothy, (deceased), Robert and wife Jean, and two younger sisters, Patricia, Janine and husband Richard (deceased)- The family moved to Babylon, New York in the early fifties. Elizabeth met Joseph F. Casalina in Babylon High School,Babylon, NY. She graduated in 1966, she and Joseph were engaged in 1967 and married on August 17, 1968. Elizabeth worked as a secretary for Ardito Insurance, Islip Terrace, New York.

In October, 1974, Elizabeth and Joseph and their three children, Joseph Jr.  Nicholas and Tracey Anne, moved to Vero Beach, FL. They lived in Lakewood Village for thirteen years during which time Elizabeth was active with the Ladies Club, the ceramics program, Cub Scouts, children’s seasonal parties with Marion and her husband Earl Duboise who acted as Santa Claus. Elizabeth also wrote a social news column for Lakewood Village which later became the Press Journal.

In 1994 Elizabeth and Jospeh started their own swimming pool company, AAA Pool Enterprises, which was an active business until 2022.

She is survived by her loving children, Joseph, Jr., Nicholas and Tracey Anne eight grandchildren, Brittney, Scott, Tristen, Shaelyn, Brigitte, Angelina, Jarred, Austin, Jaelyn and Keltie; two step-great-grandchildren, twenty-seven nieces and nephews and thirty great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded by her beloved husband Joseph Casalina, Sr., her parents Charles and Mary Turner, sister-in-law Carol Alexander and niece Tiffany Turner.

Elizabeth's joy was cruising around in her 1965 Ford Thunderbird which Joseph purchased for her on Mother's Day, 2018. She was known as Betty Boop due to her vast collection of memorabilia; loved sunflowers and listening to he red cardinals outside. She also adored and loved her family.

Services and interment are private as was her request.
