Elizabeth A. Dedecker, 90, of Indian River Estates, Vero Beach, FL died Thursday, April 2, 2008 at the Indian River Estates Medical Center.
Mrs. Dedecker was born December 21, 1917 in Syracuse, NY and moved to Vero Beach in 1981 from Wantaugh, NY.
Prior to retirement she had worked in Special Education for the Levittown Union Free School District in Levittown, NY. Mrs. Dedecker was a member of the Vero Beach Orchid Society and a parishioner at St. Helen Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughter Sally Anne Dedecker of Catskill, NY and son George E. Dedecker of Warren, NJ.
Mrs. Dedecker was predeceased by her husband George Dedecker.
Services: The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 PM, Sunday, April 6, 2008 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10 AM, Monday April 7, 2008 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, FL.
