Elsie V. Sturms, 92, of Vero Beach, FL, passed away, Monday, October 20, 2014. at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.

Elsie was a native of Burtonsville, Maryland and she moved to Vero Beach, FL in 1973 from Laurel, Maryland.

Prior to retirement she and her husband, Edward owned their own farm in Laurel, MD.

Elsie is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Edward H. Sturms in 2013.

Survivors include, her daughter, Barbara A. Madison of Vero Beach, FL, her granddaughter, Paula Stratton and her husband, Joe, of Pasadena, MD, two great grandchildren, Ami Bowers, and her husband, Nick of Pasadena, MD, and Gary Stratton of Pasadena, MD, and one great great grandson, Cason Joshua Bowers of Pasadena, MD, and her son-in-law, Charles Madison of Titusville, FL.

Elsie will be taken back to Laurel, MD, and a Service will be held in Laurel, MD.
