Emily S. Johnson, 92 of Roseland, FL passed away Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, FL.
She was born July 25, 1916 in Town of Spirit, WI and was a resident of Roseland for 29 years, coming from Phillips, WI.
Prior to retirement Mrs. Johnson was a special education teacher. She was a member of the Roseland Womens Club, Roseland United Methodist Church, the Methodist Womens Club, and the Roseland Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include her daughter Norene Brown of Fort Wayne, IN; sisters Ruth Schumann of Phillips, WI, Ruby Nolan of Phillips, WI; 2 grandsons Carlton and Erik Brown.
Memorial contributions may be made to Roseland United Methodist Church Preschool PO Box 157, Roseland, FL 32957.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Roseland United Methodist Church Preschool in Roseland, FL.
