Emmy C. Brinker, 98, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Palm City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Palm City, FL.
Mrs. Brinker was born March 24, 1910 in Herten Westphalen, Germany and moved to Vero Beach in 1980 from Irvington, NJ.
Prior to retirement she was a Cafeteria Helper for the Irvington Board of Education in Irvington, NJ for ten years. She was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL and a member of the Swim and Sport Club in New Jersey.
Survivors include two daughters Lori Fleischer of Port St. Lucie, FL and Anita Brinker of Iselin, NJ; son Henry Brinker of Manahawkin, NJ and her sister Hertha Kiss of Vero Beach, FL; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry Brinker and son Robert Brinker.
Services: A memorial service will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
