Ensa L. Paruolo, 97 of Vero Beach, FL died February 7, 2011 at Consulate Healthcare in Vero Beach.
Mrs. Paruolo was born July 27, 1913 in Brooklyn, NY and has been a resident of Vero Beach for 5 years, coming from Long Island, NY.
She retired as a Head Cook from the New York Telephone Co. She was a faithful member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers Organization.
Survivors include her sons, Vincent Paruolo of Clifton Park, NY and John Paruolo of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, MaryAnn LaRocca of Morganville, NJ. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 10 years, John Paruolo and her sister, Frances Vinci.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM, with a prayer service being held at 6:30 PM, Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 11, 2011 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church.
