Eugene Leonard Altman, 82, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
Mr. Altman was born May 15, 1927 in St. Paul, MN and moved to Vero Beach 6 years ago from Shakopee, MN.
Prior to retirement he worked for Colwell Press and Viking Press in Minneapolis, MN.
He was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church, where he was a member of Bible Study, the mens discussion group and the charismatic prayer group. He was a member of Toastmasters in Minneapolis, MN.
Survivors include his wife DuAnn Altman of Vero Beach, sons David Altman of ST. Paul, MN, Tom Altman of Shakopee, MN and Alan Altman of Fresno, CA, daughters Ann Altman of Cocoa, FL and Jane Ziebart of Santa Ana, CA, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services: A memorial mass will be celebrated 2 PM, Saturday, January 30, 2010 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church in Jordan, MN.
