Everett David Collins, Jr. 79, of Vero Beach, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022.

Everett was born to the late Everett Collins, Sr. and Virginia Olivera on June 26, 1942 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Everett joined the United States Air Force in 1962 where he met the love of his life Gwendolyn Randall. He retired from the City of Vero Beach as a Fleet Manager.

Everett is survived by his wife Gwen Collins, daughter Carrie Duprey and son-in-law Harold Duprey, his grandsons Andrew Rawls, David Rawls, and David's wife Valerie Rawls, his brother Dennis Collins, sister Kathleen Doyle, sister-in-law Dail Chipman, and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Everett was proceeded in death by his son Jamie David Collins and sister, Patricia Collins.

A private family service will be held on Wednesday June 8, 2022 from 2-3 pm at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home 1950 20th Street in Vero Beach.
