Obituary

To everything there is a season, and time to every purpose under heaven.
Faye Wilder Begley died Sunday, April 25, 2010 at her daughters home. She was born in Corbin, Kentucky and moved permanently to Vero Beach in 1959. She was employed by the Indian River Citrus Bank, retiring as a vice-president. She was a graduate of Indian River Community College and the University of Florida School of Banking. After her first retirement she became a Realtor and owned Venture One Realty. She enjoyed traveling, frequently visiting her son and family in various locations in the US and Europe. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Pilot Club of Vero Beach, and the Indian River Association of Realtors. She enjoyed traveling, flying, her family, and friends. Visitors were always warmly welcome at her home.
She was predeceased by her parents Carl and Mallie Wilder, and brother F. S. Wilder.
She is survived by daughter Cheryl (Gene) Barkwell and son Dan (Estelle) Smith of Vero Beach, sister Colleen (Ernie) Lanham of Corbin, Ky, brother Willis (Pat) Wilder of Winter Haven, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and twelve nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 29, 2010 in the Chapel of the first Church of God in Vero Beach.
