Foster Lampert 84, passed away January 19, 2018 in Vero Beach, FL.  He formerly served in the U.S. Army working with the Air Force (SCARWAF), was a union painter and carpenter, operated a remodeling and decorating business, and was most known for being a ballroom dance instructor.   Originally a farm boy, he was born in Garden Prairie, IL to Harold and Grace Lampert.  He owned and operated several dance studios, then the Tiara Ballroom in Bloomington, IL where he met his wife of 26 years, Judi.  They lived in Ashville, NC for 20 years before moving to Indian River Estates in Vero Beach, FL.  He was a 9 year survivor of pancreatic cancer and whipple surgery.
