Frances (Struff) Morrow passed away peacefully on May 30, 2017 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida. She was born in Manchester, Connecticut to George and Louise (Racinskas) Struff.

After graduating from Manchester High School, she was employed by Southern New England Telephone Company, where she met the love of her life George W. Morrow, Jr. They were married on December 23, 1944 while George was on leave from the Navy.

George and Frances raised their family in Manchester, Danielson, and Gales Ferry, Connecticut. They enjoyed many family summers at Alexanders Lake and Groton Long Point.

Upon retiring from Southern New England Telephone Company, Frances and George purchased a home in the Village Green Retirement Community in Vero Beach, Florida. While living in Village Green, Frances served twice as president of the Woodland Community and chairman of the committee organizing a corporation for Village Green East.

Frances was a devout Catholic who enjoyed family gatherings, Christmas, reading, crossword puzzles, peanut butter kisses, and rooting for her favorite quarterback, Tom Brady.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, George William Morrow, Sr. She is survived by three children, Sally Morrow Griffin and husband, Gary; Janice Morrow Brown and husband, David; and William Wilson Morrow; two beloved grandchildren, Jennifer Packer Brown, and David Morrow Brown; five great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Sally Morrow Painter.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of Frances Struff Morrow, to VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church at a future date.
