Frances Rowe, of Yonkers, NY, New York City, East Sullivan, Maine, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and Vero Beach, FL, was born March 17, 1943. She passed away on December 8, 2018.

Fran is survived by her brother, David Rowe and her sister Susan Rowe, along with Susan's husband, Ib Rasmussen, and her sister-in-law, Theresa Rowe. Her brother, Donald, passed away in January 2017, and her brother, William, passed away in August 2018.

She is also survived by her incredible, loving nieces and nephew, Alison Rowe Salerno, Amy Rowe-Smith, Christopher Rowe, and Alyssa Rowe-Chase.

Frances was a loving sister, a wonderful friend, and a generous teacher. She will be missed by the hundreds of people she affected so positively.
