M.Frances Turcotte,89, beloved wife of Leo P. Turcotte ( d. 2008) and devoted mother of four, Christopher Turcotte, Martha Handel, Francine Penney, and David Turcotte died on June 21,2015 after a brief stay at Hospice House in Vero Beach FL. "Frankie" also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Frankie was born in Bristol, CT on June 4,1926 and was a graduate of Bristol Central High School. Upon graduation she was employed as a bank teller at The Bristol Bank and Trust for 8 years. She and "Buck" enjoyed 56 years of marriage, raising their family in Bristol, CT and Eastham, MA. Upon Leo's retirement, they were long time residents of Cape Cod and Vero Beach and leave behind fond memories, many laughs, with multitudinous friends and extended family. The couple were in fellowship at First Church of God Vero Beach where they developed their growth in Christianity.

A private memorial service will be held for the immediate family on Cape Cod. Arrangements are under the directions of Cox-Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial donations can be made to VNA/Hospice Treasure Coast. A guest book may be signed at www.coxgiffordseawinds.com
