Francis Edward Clay, Jr, 64, of Vero Beach, FL died Monday, November 28, 2011 at his home.
Mr. Clay was born October 17, 1947 in Newport News, VA and has been a resident of Vero Beach for 10 years coming here from Greensboro, MD.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a truck driver.
Survivors include his father Ed Clay, of Key Largo, FL and mother June Patton, of Vero Beach, FL, sons Jesse Clay of Vero Beach, FL, Travis Clay of Greensboro, MD and Tyler Clay of Brunswick, ME. Daughters Kennerly Clay of Philadelphia, PA and Carrie Clay Sutherland of Queenstown, MD; brother Robert Clay of Old Town, FL; sister Sheila Rinehart of Vero Beach, FL.; his companion Zora Bechdolt of Vero Beach, FL. Also two grandsons and two grandaughters.
Graduated from James Blair Highschool, Williamsburg VA and attended William and Mary College, Williamsburg, VA.
