Obit: Francis Braun Kaczka
Francis Braun Kaczka, 50, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, January 20, 2012 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Kaczka was born March 23, 1961 in McKeesport, PA and moved to Vero Beach in 1989 from Hawaii.
He had been a personal trainer for the Indrio Gym and Fitness Center in Ft. Pierce, FL, Gold's Gym in Waikiki, HI after serving in the United States Marine Corp. Mr. Kaczka was a member of the Vero Masonic Lodge and of the Baha'i faith.
Survivors include his parents John and Elizabeth Kaczka of Glassport, PA; sister Connie Slattery of Alexandria, VA; brother Anthony Kaczka of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Christine Scaglione of Euless, TX; and sister Mary Yuhas of Glassport, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Spinal Injury Association, Shepherd Center, 2020 Peachtreee Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30309.
Service: Mr. Kaczka will be transferred to the Wojciechowski Funeral Home in Glassport, PA for final arrangements. Interment will be at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Pennsylvania. A local service will take place at a later date.
