Frank Albert Abt, Jr., of Sebastian, FL and Morganville, NJ passed away Monday, February 15, 2010.
He was born October 29, 1934 in Newark, NJ and was a winter resident of Sebastian for 15 years, coming from Morganville, NJ.
Mr. Abt retired from New Jersey Bell after 35 years as a construction foreman. He was a captain of the Corrina Salvage Boat. He served in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years Irene H. Abt of Morganville, NJ/Sebastian, FL; sons Frank Albert Abt, III of Morganville, NJ, Michael C. Abt of Sebastian, FL; daughter Christine Cromer of Morganville, NJ; sister Judith Licato of Georgetown, KY and ten grandchildren. He was predeceased by his grandson Michael Christopher Abt, Jr.
Friends may call from2-4:00 PM and 7-9:00PM on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Waitt-Nelms Funeral Home, Morganville, NJ. A service will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 22, 2010 at Waitt-Nelms Funeral Home, Morganville, NJ.
