Frank Pierre Anto, 86, died June 29, 2009 at his home in Indian River Estates in Vero Beach, FL. He was born in Charleroi, PA and graduated from McKeesport High School.
Frank served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Air Force during WWII and flew bombing missions as a navigator based in England.
He graduated from Dickinson Law School and practiced law in West Newton, PA for over forty years. He was a member of the Westmoreland County Bar Assn. a was a life member of the VFW.
After retirement in 1993, he and his wife retired to Cape May Point, NJ where he served as chairman of the Zoning Board. He enjoyed walking, traveling, playing bridge and playing the piano. He moved to Vero Beach in 2007 where he continued to enjoy his hobbies.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Nancy, his sister Rachael in Wynnewood, PA, two sons David in Ligonier, PA and Richard in Lorton, VA, and four grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to ones favorite charity.
Services: A celebration of life will be held in Ligonier, PA, at a future date.
