Frank Pintabone, 94, of Vero Beach, FL died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Pintabone was born August 30, 1914 in Waltham, MA and lived in Hialeah, FL for 58 years before moving to Vero Beach two months ago.
Prior to his retirement he had worked for Eastern Airlines as a mechanic. He was of the Roman Catholic Faith and a veteran of WW II serving in the US Army Air Corps. Mr. Pintabone was a Mason and a member of the Moose.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Joanne Pintabone of Vero Beach; two stepsons Walter Raynes of Sebastian, FL and William Raynes of Port St. Lucie FL.
Services: A graveside service will take place 12:30 PM, Monday, December 1, 2008 at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
