Obit: Franklin Nathaniel Mills
Franklin Nathaniel Mills, 64, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at the Indian River Medial Center in Vero Beach.
Mr. Mills was born July 31, 1946 in St. Kitts, West Indies and moved to Vero Beach 30 years ago from St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Vero Beach and had been a cook and chef for several private clubs including Johns Island, Windsor and Hurricane Harbor. He had also managed Wendys and KFC.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years Philis Mills of Vero Beach; seven sons Franklin Mills, Jr. of Orlando, FL, Fitzroy Mills of St. Croix, Michael Mills of Orlando, FL, Tyrone Mills of Vero Beach, Kyle Mills of Vero Beach, Troy Mills of Vero Beach and Joseph Mills of Vero Beach; his mother Pearline Mills of St. Kitts, West Indies; nine brothers; eleven sisters; and eleven grandchildren.

Services: The family will receive friends 11-1 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach with a Memorial Life Service beginning at 1 PM at the funeral home with Elder Tom Jansen of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses of Vero Beach as celebrant.
