Gary Don Messer, 65, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away May 10, 2019.

He was born in Odessa, TX and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 2013, coming from Booneville, KY, where he served as a coroner.

Gary was of the Jewish Faith and a Mason.  He loved his job as an Uber driver and meeting new people in Vero Beach.  Gary was one of a kind and will be dearly missed.

He leaves his memories to be cherished by his wife, Lori Friedman of Vero Beach; mother-in-law, Arlene Moshier of Vero Beach and step-daughter, Meghan McGowan of Fort Pierce, FL.

A celebration of Gary's life will be held 6 pm, Sunday, June 2nd at Riverside Park on Bridge Plaza Drive, across from the fire station.
