Geraldine Smith, 79 of Vero Beach, passed away on October 29, 2021 at home. She was born on June 9, 1942 in Jersey City, NJ to Fortunato and Rose DeSimone.

Survivors include her sons, Robert Smith of Vero Beach, Jimmie Smith and Jamie Smith, both of Inverness, Florida; grandchildren, Camille Welchel of Vero Beach, Caitlyn Smith of Vero Beach and Gabriella Smith of Inverness, Florida; sisters, Joyce Roth of Mashpee, MA, Gail Lagomarsino from Vernon Township, NY and Debra Traugot of Roanoke, VA.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Friday, November 5, 2021 with a Prayer Service to be held at 12:00 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
