Gisela M. Parmelee's Obituary
Gisela M. Parmelee, 84, of Fort Pierce, FL died Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at her home.
Mrs. Parmelee was born in Wuppertal, Germany and moved to Fort Pierce, 52 years ago from Germany.
She earned a Masters Degree in Germany and Florida and had been an educator and musician. She was a member of the Treasure Coast Symphony and Trinity Lutheran Church in Ft. Pierce.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Arthur O. Parmelee II of Fort Pierce; sons Arthur O. Parmelee III of Stuart, FL, Walter and Christopher Parmelee both of Fort Pierce; daughters Valerie Pinero of Tampa, FL, Janet Stupakevich of Cape Cod and Sharon Hill of Connecticut; sister Trudy Fehl of Germany; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services: A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, October 18, 2010 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fort Pierce, FL. Interment will follow at White City Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Foundation C/o Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
