Gregory M. Thiel, 57, of Vero Beach, FL died suddenly on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Wuesthoff Medical Center in Rockledge, FL.
Mr. Thiel was born May 11, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Vero Beach five years ago,
coming from Hamden, CT.
He was in Property Managment. He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach, Knights of Columbus, US lacrosse official and Florida High School Athletic Association.
Survivors include his son Christopher Thiel of New Haven, CT; daughters Erin Thiel and Ann Thiel both of Baltimore, MD; mother Margaret Mary Thiel of Cape Coral, FL; brother Joseph M. Thiel of Crofton, MD; and sister Margaret Anne Thiel D.C. of Cape Coral, FL.
Services: A gathering will be held 5-7 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2009 at the Gibbs residence, 3050 Buckinghammock Trail, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. Burial will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Marple Township, PA.
Out of town arrangements are under the direction of Marvil Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
