Harold Hardesty
Robinson, Jr.
October 16, 1940 – December 8, 2022
Harold Hardesty Robinson, more fondly called Hal, 82 of Surf City, LBI New Jersey and Vero Beach FL, passed peacefully on December 8th, 2022. Hal is predeceased by his beloved wife Carol, his parents and his in-laws.
He is survived by his two children, Harold (Rob) Robinson and Leanne Robinson Kalsch. He is also survived by his brother Bill Robinson and siblings in law; Barry Denes, Samuel T. (Butch) Brighton Jr. and Wendy Robinson. Further, Hal leaves behind his seven grandchildren; Connor Robinson, Taryn Kalsch, Clay Robinson, Makenzi Kalsch, Cole Robinson, Chayne Robinson and Riley Kalsch.
Hal will be remembered for his love of family and country. He served both with the United States Naval Submarine Division and the New Jersey State Police for nearly three decades. Hal was also a dutiful Free Mason in Sextant Lodge #286 of Beach Haven, NJ. Most notably, Hal's legacy will live on in his dedication to the joy, care and success of all those he held dearest.
A service in celebration of his life is to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to a scholarship fund in his wife, Carol Robinson's, name, of which he founded. He loved no one more devoutly and wished her memory be shared long after their absence. Checks should be made out to "Southern Regional School District" with Carol Robinson Memorial in the memo.
