Harold W. Wilson, 95, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away April 21, 2016 at VNA Hospice House.

He was born September 9, 1920 in Virginia and move to Vero Beach in 1982, coming from Baltimore, MD.

Prior to his retirement, he had worked for Westinghouse as a sheet metal mechanic after 42 years of service. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and enjoyed wood working.

Mr. Wilson is surived by his son, Roderick N. Wilson, Sr. of Vero Beach; grandson, Roderick N. Wilson, Jr. of Baltimore and great-grandchildren, Zoey, Maddox and Kalynn.

The family will receive friends 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home, Vero Beach. A funeral service to celebrate his life will begin at 10 am, Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home with Rev. James Sanderson of First United Methodist Church officiating.
