Harry Joseph Diebner, 80, of Spanish Lakes Country Club, Fort Pierce, FL died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
Mr. Diebner was born May 16, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Fort Pierce in1986 from Smithtown, NY.
He had worked for Bohack Supermarket for 35 years and Key Food for 10 years both in New York and retired after nine years of service at Keens Supermarket in Vero Beach. Mr. Diebner was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church and a veteran of the WWII War, serving in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Eleanor M. Diebner of Fort Pierce; son John (Dawn) of LI, NY; daughter Denise Diebner of Florida; sister Eileen Villani of LI, NY; and two grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his sister Ann Zimmerman.
Services: A Mass will be celebrated 10 AM, Monday, June 8, 2009 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach, FL.
