Harry Charles Ormiston, 80, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.

Mr. Ormiston was born March 26, 1939 in Horseheads, NY and was a part time resident of Vero Beach 1960 - 1968 moving here as a full time resident in 1988 from New York.

He had been a pilot for US Air but more recently worked for Flight Safety as a Multi Engine Instructor and then Jet Engine Instructor. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the US Air Force.

Survivors include his many friends.
