Hector A. Arango, 67, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach after an extended illness.
Mr. Arango was born June 2, 1942 in Colombia, South America and moved to Vero Beach 3 months ago from Miami, FL.
Prior to his retirement he was a waiter.
Survivors include his son Alejandro Arango of Medellin, Colombia; brothers Carlos Arango of Manhattan, NY and Leon Arango of Brooklyn, NY; sisters Liria Pisco of Vero Beach, FL; Angela Arbelaez of Pembroke Pines, FL and Maria Miller of Massapequa, NY.
Services: At the request of the family there will be no services.
