Helen Whitman's Obituary
Helen Whitman, 88, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, June 11, 2008 at Palm Gardens of Vero.
Mrs. Whitaman was born December 18, 1919 in New York City, NY and moved to Vero Beach in 2000 from Oceanside, Long Island, NY.
Prior to retirement she had been a bank teller for the Bank of New York in Manhattan, NY.
Survivors include her son James Daly of Herndon, VA; brother Stanley Gustavson of Sebastian, FL; and a grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years Fred Whitman and a brother Henry Gustavson.
Services: No local services are planned at this time. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Queens, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
