Henry George Roth, Jr., 89, of Ft. Pierce, FL passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL.
Henry was born in Yonkers, NY to the late Henry George Roth, Sr and Gertrude Reynolds. He served in the USMC during WWII in VMB423 in the South Pacific, and also during the Korean War. Before his retirement he worked as a data design engineer for AT&T. Henry (Hank) was an avid outdoorsman with a love for hunting and fishing.
He is predeceased by his parents as well as a son, Gregory P. Roth. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Florence Zuban Roth; children; Mark E. Roth, Susan (Randy) Brandes, and Gregory's wife, Jeanine; eight loving grandchildren; Tiffany (Andrew) Johnson, Christopher Brandes, Alexa Roth, Brett Brandes, Andrew Roth, Adriana Brandes, Emily Roth and Eric Roth as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to VNA Hospice, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960 or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Tribute #37545186, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
