Henry "Hank" T. Pauk, 91, of Fort Pierce, FL died peacefully at his home surrounded by his treasured wife and his loving children on Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Mr. Pauk was born November 13, 1920 in Lawrence, MA to Michael and Katherine Pauk. He had been a resident of Fort Pierce since 1999, coming from New Hampshire.
Hank received his bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a mechanical engineer for the Nashua Corporation in New Hampshire.
Hank had a passion for life, and was an artist, an inventor and an avid golfer.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
He was of the Catholic faith and attended Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Hank was a member of the Nashua Country Club in New Hampshire, and the Polish American Club in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of twelve years, Wendy A. Pauk; daughters, Linda Webber of Prince Edward Island, Canada; Christine Pauk of South Yarmouth, MA, Wendy Pauk of Somerset, NJ; grandsons, Evan and Brian Drake; step-children, Nicole (David) Hawkins of New York City, NY and Darren (Kirsty) Giles of Sydney, Australia; step-grandchildren, Amy, Zach, Lara and Sadie.
Hank will be remembered fondly by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Obie; parents, and nine brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 11:30AM to 12:30PM at Boles Memorial Funeral Home in Lawrence, MA. A funeral mass will take place at Holy Rosary Church- Corpus Christi Parish in Lawrence at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
