Howard V. Mills, 48, of Stuart, FL passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 26, 2010 at his home in Stuart.
Mr. Mills was born October 9, 1962 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Stuart 21years ago from Brooklyn, NY.
He attended Brooklyn College in New York and worked on Wall Street as a stockbroker for Shearson & Lehman. After relocating to Stuart, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Young & Prill Funeral Homes Group throughout the Treasure Coast. He was currently employed through the Seawinds Funeral Homes Group as an Advisor. He was an avid yachtsman and was also a certified state appraiser and was member of the Rotary Club in Wellington, FL.
Survivors include his wife Natalie Mills of New Castle, PA and children, Victoria Jean Mills, Martin Thomas Mills and Thomas Ross Mills of New Castle, PA.
He was predeceased by his parents, Martin Mills and Toby Mills.
The family will receive friends 1-2 pm on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Martin Funeral Home in Stuart, FL.A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 2:00pm, Reverend L.C. Campbell will be officiating. Interment will take place at Wellwood Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to ones favorite charity.
