Ira Ogten Tucker, 74 of Sebastian, Fl died Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born December 1, 1934 in Whitesville, WV and was a resident of Sebastian for 26 years, coming from New Haven, CT.
Mr. Tucker was a plumber, had worked for C&H Trucking and the Press Journal, was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion. He served in US Army Paratroopers and was a Merchant Marine.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Irene K. Tucker of Sebastian, FL; son Fred (Sally) Maio of Sebastian, FL; sisters Geraldine Farrell of WV, Lorraina Daily of WV, Beverly King of FL, Sandra Jarrell of IL; brothers Quince Brown of SC, James Brown of NC. He was predeceased by parents, Fred and Marie Tucker of WV.
