Irene Kurpil, 85, of Fort Pierce, FL passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019.

She was born September 26, 1933, in Hortonville, NY, moved to Fort Pierce 40 years ago and was married to her loving husband, Stephen, for 49 years who passed away in 2010.

Irene loved being a homemaker, traveling, gardening, playing cards, taking walks, thrift shopping for treasures and spending time with her many friends and family.

She is survived by her sons; Randy Kurpil, Jon Kurpil, and Mark Kurpil; brothers, Russ Cross, Ray Cross, and Bob Cross; a sister, Enid; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held with her three sons and their wives attending at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL where she will be buried alongside her husband, Stephen who had military honors.
