Jack Close of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
He was born in Wyandotte, MI and had been a resident of Vero Beach since 1971 moving here from Sarasota, FL where he had lived for two years having lived in Boca Raton, FL previously.
Survivors include his step-son Kim Frosell and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Close.
Services: Services are private.
