Jack A. Smith, 58, of Vero Beach, Fl., passed away on Sunday, September 16,2012 at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Fl.
Mr. Smith was born February 11, 1954 in Fayetteville, OH and moved to Vero Beach 30 years ago, coming from Ohio.
He worked as a Carpenter for various construction companies in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his Fianc Kelli Hardwick of Vero Beach, FL; son Mark; daughters Karen and Nicole; Brothers Philip Smith, Dale Smith and Robin Smith and sisters Elsie Pardoe, Joyce Egleston, Peggy Davis.
He was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Smith.
