James Marvin Cadenhead, Sr. 86, of Wabasso, FL died April 20, 2008 at his residence.
Mr. Cadenhead was born in Opelika, AL and had been a resident of Wabasso for 85 years.He was of the Methodist Faith.
He was in Citrus Sales and for the last 20 years with Higgins Painting until his retirement. He served with Us Marines, 1st Marine Division, Pacific Arena during WWII.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Kaus Cadenhead, brother John Cadenhead, New Jersey; 2 sons, Jim Cadenhead of Vero Beach, Greg Cadenhead of AL; a daughter, Susan Yount of Vero Beach; a stepson, Allen Morris of Vero Beach; a step-daughter, Marlene Morris of MD; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. & Mrs. T.R. Cadenhead; first wife, Aldena L. Cadenhead; twin sister, Margaret Pierce, a brother T.R. (Hoss) Cadenhead.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Grace United Methodist Church, Wabasso, FL with Rev. Diego Flores officiating. Lite refreshments will follow in the old choir room in the church.
