James T. Campbell, Jr., 87, of Vero Beach, FL died Saturday, May 16, 2009 at the Indian River Memorial Hospital in Vero Beach.
Mr. Campbell was born June 11, 1921 in Arlington, VA. He moved to FL in 1972, settling in Vero 17 years ago.
He was a supply specialist at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC prior to his retirement and was a veteran of WW II, serving in the Army Air Corps.
Survivors include his daughters Dawn Woods and Donna Lea Abrams, both of Vero Beach, son James T. Campbell, III of Aiken, SC, sister Dorothy Wilson, granddaughters Mechele Miller & Melanie Cameron, and great grandchildren Nicholas DiFrancesco, Natasha Miller and Chance Cameron of Ft. Pierce, FL.
Services: A memorial celebration will take place Tuesday, May 26, at 11:00 AM., at the Lakewood Park First United Methodist Church in Lakewood Park, Ft. Pierce, FL.
