James Henry Diamond, 79, of Clinton, MO died August 19, 2010 at his home in Clinton.
Mr. Diamond was born in Vero Beach, FL and was a long time resident.
He was a graduate of Vero Beach High School, Class of 1948, and had worked as a chemist for 40 years for 3M in St. Paul, MN and Austin TX before retiring in 1996.
He loved good food, music, history and learning. He was an enthusiastic volunteer in the Genealogy Department of the Henry County Museum.
Survivors include his wife Velma Diamond; his children, Patrick, Peggy and David; his step-children, Bill, Michael and Tris; and his 11 grandchildren.
Services: Mass was celebrated at Holy Rosary Church on August 23 followed by interment at Englewood Cemetery in Clinton.
