Jim Foerst, formerly of Sea Girt, NJ and Brick, NJ, passed away suddenly in Fort Pierce, FL.

Jim was born in Neptune, NJ and spent his formative years in Sea Girt, where he amassed great friendships and became an avid surfer.

He attended Manasquan High School and Niagara University before working for the FBI and Merrill Lynch.

Jim and family moved to Fort Pierce after many years in Brick and began working for Liberty Medical Supply.

He leaves behind his wife, Joyce (nee Carabin); daughter, Stacy and son, James. He is survived by parents, Harry and Helen Foerst (Sea Girt); brother, Michael and his wife, Jena (Palm Harbor, FL) and brother Drew and his wife, Christina (Sea Girt), as well as a niece, Lara, nephews, Michael, Matthew, Joseph and Andrew and in-laws Ralph, Jeannine and Michelle Carabin.

Jim was an accomplished builder; musician and computer technician and he shared his talents freely. Jim dedicated most of his time to his family. They were his world.
