Obituary: James Franklin Lehnert
James Franklin Lehnert, 86, of Vero Beach, FL died Friday, September 8, 2011 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
Mr. Lehnert was born May 18, 1925 in Baltimore, MD and had moved to Vero Beach 10 years ago from Indiantown, FL.
He was a decorated WWII Marine and proud of his service to his country. A memorial ceremony
Survivors include his sons, Glenn, Robert, Gary, Mark, John and Larry; daughter, Laurie Koehn, a sister Janet Reilly of Tallahassee, FL; 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Marie "Lou" Lehnert.
Services: A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date in Baltimore, MD.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
