Jan Charles Chadwick age 94 of Vero Beach passed away on January 4, 2013 at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, FL. Jan was born on June 30, 1918 to Alexander and Anna Mietkiewicz in Radomsko, Poland. Jan severed proudly in both the United States Army and the Polish Army in WWII. He is a retired Insurance Agent who was an IRS Volunteer for free tax preparation assistance. Jan moved to Vero over 20 years ago coming from Naples, NY. Jan leaves to cherish his memories his daughter Janina A. Chadwick of Bexley, OH; son Oliver A. Chadwick of Santa Barbara, CA; and daughter Alena F. Chadwick of Lebanon, OH.; and 2 grandchildren.
