Jane H. Canino, 95, of Vero Beach, FL died on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at her home with her loving children by her side.

Mrs. Canino was born January 24, 1922 in Glenham, New York and attended went to Krissler Business School. She became the first female insurance agent in New York and worked for Nationwide Insurance, until her retirement. She was married to Gabriel P. Canino for 64 years until his death in 2009.

Survivors include, son, John R. Canino (Robin Gray) of Albany, NY; daughter Gabrielle Canino (John Marion) of Fishkill, NY; and two grandsons.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 am, on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach with a prayer service at 11 am. Interment will follow at John's Island Cemetery.
