Jean Marie Mugan, 58, was called to her eternal home on April 25, 2014 after a prolong illness. She was born September 1, 1955, the only daughter of R. Robert and Mary Elizabeth Reimann, nee Redden in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Jean was a 1974 graduate of Vero Beach High School. She attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, graduating with an A.O.S. degree in culinary arts. While attending CIA, she met her future husband Patrick Mugan. They were married in July 1976. Jean worked in the culinary field for companies that included Colonial Williamsburg, Hyatt Corp, and the John's Island Club. She is survived by her husband Patrick Mugan and her son Brian Mugan both of Vero Beach. She was predeceased by her son Shawn. There will be no repose. A memorial service will be held 4:30 PM, Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1150 41st Avenue in Vero Beach. Internment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Fort Pierce. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to The National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the charity of ones choice.
