Jeanne R. Young, 84, of Fort Pierce stepped into Heaven on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 with her family by her side.  She is preceded in death by her husband Fredrick A. Young, her son, Leslie T. Coleman and her brother Carlton Richardson.

Jeanne was born to the late Leslie and Mildred Richardson on July 4, 1935 in West Grove, Pennsylvania.  Jeanne graduated from Avon Grove High School in 1953 and attended Goldy-Beacom Business School. Jeanne worked for DuPont Company in the legal department and retired in 1988.

Jeanne and her husband Fred relocated to Port St Lucie Florida to enjoy their retirement.  Jeanne and Fred loved to dance. Jeanne loved to play the organ and sing. She also enjoyed doing ceramics and painting.  She was an active member of Morningside Church.

Her true passion was the Lord Jesus and her 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  She is survived by daughter Carla Heinold (Jeff); daughter Jessie Schmidt (George); son Keith Coleman (Andrea).  Grandchildren Lynsey Heinold-Edge; Laura Horzelski; Marc Hayes, II; Audrey Hayes McCoy; Coleman Schmidt; Tyler McGuire; Brian Coleman; Lexie Watson and Carli Coleman. Great Grandchilren Tallulah Edge; Graham Hayes; Owen Hayes; Elijah McCoy and Josie McCoy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019, 10:00 AM at Morningside Church in Port St Lucie.  In  lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to Samaritan's Purse or Treasure Coast Hospice.
